With over 275 speaking engagements last year alone, Meriden's presentations draw from 27 different teacher trainings both nationally and internationally along with various certifications in pranayama (breath techniques), positive psychology, mindfulness, and yoga.

NFL athletes, veterans, health care workers, and professional working mothers have all benefited from her ability to tailor this expertise in order for individuals to adapt their own daily mindfulness practices.

Meet Meriden

Meriden serves as a Mental Wellbeing Coach, Facilitator, Consultant, & Keynote Speaker. Her goal is for mental wellbeing to be seen with the same prioritization as physical health, focusing on prevention, promotion, and treatment when necessary. 

Currently delivering mindfulness programming, workshops, keynote presentations, individual coaching, undergrad education, various wellbeing initiatives and is continuing in 2024 to expand her digital platform and accessibility of wellbeing resources.

She finds daily joy and gratitude in her work by inspiring others to remember that they matter, to remind them they are human beings not human doings, and to offer them a chance to slow down and savor life.
